Ballet Caraïbes Dance Studio Attendance, Make-Up & Tuition Policy
Tuition Policy:
Tuition is based on enrollment and reserved class space, not individual attendance. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of absences.
Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except in limited circumstances.
Missed Classes:
Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits. Students may attend a make-up class within 30 days, subject to availability.
Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance.
Make-Up Classes:
Make-up classes must be used within 30 days of the missed class. They must be in a similar age group and level and are subject to availability and instructor approval.
Class Cancellations by the Studio:
If a class is canceled by Ballet Caraïbes Dance Studio, a make-up class will be offered or a partial refund may be issued if a make-up is not possible.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued for studio cancellations or exceptional circumstances. No refunds are given for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts. Only one goodwill refund per family per term may be granted.
Late Withdrawals / No-Shows:
No refunds or credits are given for missed classes without notice. Enrollment remains active until officially canceled.
Communication:
Families are encouraged to communicate in advance regarding absences or make-up scheduling.
